The generated checklist includes columns for both the Asset Owner and Developer/Consultant to complete. Either party can generate and share it for collaborative completion. The completed checklist can also serve as part of the sign-off documentation at practical completion.
Only identify assets associated with the relevant specifications the organisation subscribes to. Capture full data for all assets that have had work undertaken on them. For existing assets that are unchanged, capture location only — to provide context for where new or modified assets connect.
When assets are part of a compound or precinct (e.g., pumping station + roads + pathways + landscaping), ensure you identify all related assets across the different applicable specifications.
Confirm the completed deliverables list with all relevant parties prior to commencing design and construction phases.
